The front desk staff at Boston Vision are very kind, smiley, and helpful. Dr. Patel also has great communication skills, listens to everything, and conducts a complete eye exam.

Scheduled for post cataract surgery to address alternatives to failed surgery on one eye. I was seen quickly and staff was very patient to hear my concerns. Dr. Melki was patient and compassionate and listened and offered solutions. Very positive experience.

This is an exceptionally well run office. Personnel is very friendly and keeps things moving efficiently. They make excellent use of any momentary wait times - nicely packaged resources to read, tablet and headphones to watch a quick video, etc. And the doctor was equally friendly and able to diagnose and explain things in a manner that was easy to follow. Great team and service.

The vision tech assistant, Felicia, was terrific! Knowledgeable, friendly, answered questions and actually did most of the work. Dr Lee was also great, very knowledgeable, patient to address my questions, and explained the treatment recommendations very clearly. The facility also seems very clean, organized, and efficiently run. I highly recommend these clinicians and practice!
