This was my second visit, I plan to continue with Boston Vision. Very comfortable, smooth processes. Both the support staff and the doctor are thorough knowledgeable- I felt confident I was in good hands. I saw Dr Nirali Patel.

From my office visit assessment, through continual and clear communications with the Surgical Coordinator contact, to the day of surgery on-site team, and especially the specialist optometrist care in final adjustments, my experience was stellar!!! Everyone took personal care to ensure I was comfortable, satisfied and comprehending the information being shared, and prepared emotionally and physically at each step. After suddenly being unable to read text messages or emails on a laptop, I consulted my optometrist. Once she told me that cataracts were causing this issue in both eyes and preventing me from completing my work activities with ease, I knew that I needed to go back to Boston Vision. Given how well my prior laser treatment for a torn retina had gone, I felt confident in returning to the practice. Thats when I met Dr. Melki. He answered all of my many questions and put me at ease. I chose to have the LAL option, so that my vision could be fine-tuned after surgery. My cataract surgery went smoothly in June 2025. After following the protocol and getting my vision fine-tuned, I am happy to say that I am glasses free!
