The practice was easy to find and access. The receptionist was friendly and checked me in quickly. The waiting area allows plenty of space to sit quietly. I arrived half an hour early and expected to wait a bit but I was called within 10 minutes of sitting and reading my book. The two women who began my visit were friendly, patient, and attentive. Nothing was uncomfortable. Dr. Keshav was the doctor I was assigned. He was direct, efficient, and thorough with my examination. He determined there was a problem and discussed the possible procedures to correct the issues (blurry/double vision after cataract surgery, pain in my eyes, and trouble focusing doing common things). I needed to supply lens information for him to narrow down the issue which was done through email. Dr. Keshav quickly responded and answered my concerns and questions. Very satisfied with how I was treated at this practice to this point.
