Dr. Yao is amazing! She is calm and highly professional. I love how she makes me feel comfortable, the politeness with which she asks questions and how she actively listens and takes her time with me. She is worth more than a 5 star review.

I was surprised the tech does the exam but she was very thorough. Liked how she talked about things she was doing or had to do.
