I recommend Boston Vision. Here are the pros and cons.Pros- my surgeon was very patient and explained things in a way I could understand. He was available 24/7 via text which is very comforting, not only immediately after my surgery, but still after almost 2 months of my surgery. He is also very prompt with responding. The surgery itself was in a calm environment. They let me pick what music I wanted to play during the surgery. The surgeon talked me through what was happening and what to expect now, during the operation.Cons- when you call Boston vision it takes you to an answering service, which is really frustrating. I havent seen any other doctor there (besides the surgeon) who is thorough and patient. The other doctors I see make me feel rushed and cant explain the issues Im having in a way I can understand. Every appointment you have you get bounced around to 3 rooms. After the waiting room, you get taken to a drs office (with a technician), then you go to another waiting room (where there is an additional test, then you wait again), then you get taken into the drs office again (with the technician again), then you go back to the waiting room, and then you go into the drs office again and speak with the actual dr. It also seems there are some system issues with their website. In order to get free lifetime touch ups you have to write a review within a certain period of time of your surgery. I have been emailing back and forth with the finance representative for 1.5 months to try and write a review and it still isnt working. Therefore I am writing a Google review.
Incredible experience. Very informative and professional. No push to decide. Walked me through the options and even used a model to help me understand the procedures. Thank you!
Friendly, courteous, and professional! Things are explained in plain understandable language. Questions answered respectfully.
