Good care, terrible operation. I purposely booked an early appointment to mitigate their notorious delays. Nope. 9:30AM appointment, 40 minute wait to see the tech, then another 40 minute wait to see the doctor. They claimed that they were instituting a new room-assignment system. But, again, this is not the first time Ive had a long wait. Ditto for my wife who also goes there. Is this a greed-overbooking problem? My wife and I are both happy with the quality of care and will continue with BV but geesh...

She was wonderful. Squeezed me into her schedule on an emergency basis and was very kind. I would highly recommend her!
