Meet Dr. Lee
Dr. Lee is an amazing part of the Boston Vision team. As a board-certified ophthalmologist, he brings expertise, education, and quality care to the practice and its patients. Dr. Lee went to Boston University School of Medicine during medical school and completed his residency at Boston Medical Center. This included a year as acting Chief Resident. After this, he continued his education at Boston Medical Center where he completed a subspecialty fellowship in Oculoplastic and Reconstructive surgery. Then he entered the realm of education in a different sphere by serving as an Assistant Professor at Boston University School of Medicine and the Director of Medical Student Education. His journey through school has given him the tools to effectively treat all patients.
As a comprehensive ophthalmologist, Dr. Lee specializes in many things, such as anterior segment surgery, minimally invasive laser cataract surgery, and the implantation of advanced intraocular lenses.
Dr. Lee is also an ophthalmic plastic surgeon. He specializes in the diagnosis and surgical management of disorders of the structures around the eyes. He is uniquely qualified to address both functional and cosmetic problems in these areas.
Dr. Lee is a highly trained doctor and surgeon with many areas of expertise such as:

Dr. Lee has many surgical interests such as improving the function and appearance of the eyelid and disorders of the lacrimal and tear duct systems. Along with eye conditions, he can clinically diagnose and surgically reconstruct periocular skin tumors.
