Dr Yao has always taken the time to explain what she is doing or address any concerns I may have. Very professional and instills confidence. I have seen Dr Yao for a few years now and have been very satisfied

From emergency call to scheduler getting us immediate appt to the entire super professional step by step communication from staff to chat with Dr just wish this model was mandatory across the entire medical systemnationally

Great experience both receptionists were welcoming, acknowledged me when on the phone and quickly checked me in. I was seen on time. Felicia W. Was efficient, friendly and confident. Dr. Patel took her time explaining and reassuring me. I feel very taken care of when visiting the Milford office.
