Felt my visit was very thorough. No time wasted. Any questions asked were answered thoroughly, no feeling of being imposed upon. Very welcoming and friendly. Something is about how we receive and perceive. The world doesnt cater to us. Anyone can have an off moment or day... how often we as the public expect those that assist us to be mind readers and/ or to tolerate our often not very kind attitude with a smile and its still not enough...oooh the entitled who are not entitled per se. We are all allowed measures of simple human kindness. At Boston Vision in Brookline yesterday I was thrilled and proud to have experienced this and more!
