Dr. Lee is wonderful! He's thorough but prompt and I have always had a great experience at this office except for my last, it was not with Dr. Lee but another and the wait was 50 minutes to see the doctor. I have an appointment in a month so hopefully said doctor will be more prompt, I'll keep updating

Dr Melki was professional and personable. The videos provided in advance were great and provided a lot of information before I met for the consult and the procedure. I would highly recommend Dr. Melki and Boston Vision to anyone. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful in all steps of the process.

I can only speak for their customer service and I give them 5 stars. My husband and I were visiting Boston from another state and he lost the special sunglasses he needed during the post op period for the type of lens he had placed. After doing a Google search and found that Boston Vision does the same lens procedure I sent an email to see if they had the glasses available in the Brookline office. Even though my husband is not a patient of his, Dr. Brenner responded immediately and offered to provide him with the missing glasses, allowing my husband to enjoy the city and not need to spend the weekend in a dark hotel room. Thank you Dr. Brenner and staff.
