Staff were friendly, procedure was quick

The ICL process went smoothly, take few days to recover and this is a life changing procedure

I had Lasik eye surgery last Friday with doctor Brenner and was very happy with the procedure. The process was very efficient and staff were nice and friendly. Procedure was a great success.

A few minutes after I arrived, I was brought into a room and given eye drops to expand my cornea and numb the eyes. The doctor came in to verify the distance that I would like to have in both eyes, then I waited for the drops to take place. In the operating room, they shined a very bright light in my eye and told me to look at it. The procedure was uncomfortable, but there was little pain. Im also very squeamish so Im sure I didnt make it easy for them. Each eye only took a few minutes and I was out very quickly. Although initially I couldnt see out of one of my eyes, my vision came back within a few minutes. My eyes were blurry that day, but that was because of the drops. The next morning I could see very well. Over the next week my eyes felt dry, or like I left my contacts in for too long, but this gradually went away. Im still experiencing halos, however I feel this is a small price to pay for the 20/15 vision I now have (from -10 diopters before). Overall the team was very professional and the operation was over quickly and the results were great.

My experience was great! I did PRK in both eyes, and I feel like I can see the whole world now. The procedure itself was a little uncomfortable and the healing process wasnt as easy as I thought. But, after being healed, I 100 would recommend! Dr. Melki and his team did amazing.
