Dr. Smail was excellent and very thorough. He explained everything as he was examining my eyes It was very easy to understand and I knew he really cared. I do work with him as a Patient Service Representative and all I hear is how wonderful he is from our patients and I can see why as a patient myself. He is very consistent day in and day out and has the best bedside manner. You are very lucky to have him.
