Dr Brenner, and by extension Boston Vision, has the unique ability to fill you with confidence as soon as you walk through the door. Their immense experience extends beyond medical knowledge, as most of the staff themselves have undergone Lasik treatment in that very office as well. From my experience, I would recommend ensuring you take an anti-inflammatory for several days after the procedure, as even if you don't feel any swelling, there's likely to be swelling. In my case, my vision started getting very crisp a couple days after surgery as the healing process began. If you're concerned about any blurriness after surgery, relax as it will take a little bit of time for your vision to fully lock in. Eye drops significantly helped during this period, as sometimes the blurriness seems to be related to dry eyes (even if they don't feel dry). As of 3 days after surgery, I can already see better than when I was wearing contacts/glasses. Good luck!

My experience at Boston Vision was great. The office in Brookline is brand new, all the staff are friendly and supportive, and the surgery was a breeze. I felt at ease during the whole process. The surgery itself was less than 20mins. I did not experience any pain throughout the surgery or healing process. Waking up with 20/20 vision the next day was surreal. I would recommend this clinic to any who are seeking vision correction surgery.

Consult appointment was thorough, all staff with experience. They gave me many opportunities to ask questions. Appointment was long, but they sent several emails prior to alert me of the length of the appointment. The facility was neat and clean and they wiped all equipment down prior to use.Surgery day was about 3 hours total. Staff were friendly and more exams were performed. I was confident going into the OR with Dr. Melki. Procedure was less than 10 minutes. New facility is very nice with plenty of street parking right out front.

After wearing contacts for about 15 years, I decided to bite the bullet and Ive never been happier.
