Thorough and responsive to questions by the patient

I have been to many vision shops in my long life but Boston Vision is by far the best. The employees are pleasant and great at their jobs. Dr. Patel is awesome. She is very informative, easy to talk to, so much so as you can open up to her with any questions. Two years ago I found a gem of a place for my eyes in Boston Vision.

Every aspect of the appointment was fantastic, from scheduling to planning ahead for next year. Special thanks to Myrlene and Rebecca for their kind attention to my check-in and initial exam, respectively. Dr. Nguyen was outstanding- warm, helpful, and thorough. She spent a great deal of time explaining all of the steps of the exam as well as recommending eye drops (and reinforcing the importance of actually using them LOL). THANK YOU ALL! Angela
