Tthe lady in reception was pleasant. When a client comes in on a cell on speaker and talking loudly, I would like reception to address this.

I have seen Dr. Melki for several years, I return because he is excellent. Hope he doesnt plan on retiring anytime soon!

Very professional, friendly and Luis is very experienced at his job. Enjoyed talking with staff members.
